To all the amazing members of the PVT, I would like to start off by saying THANK YOU. It has been an absolute dream fulfilled to have shared time, space and energy with all of you for the past 5+ years here in Havertown. This experience has been beyond what I could have dreamed of from day 1. My team has helped people. We have strengthened people. We have helped people heal. We have created friendships. We have challenged people. We have challenged ourselves, and we have certainly done what we set out to do...SPREAD POSITIVE VIBES. It's not with a heavy heart, but one filled with gratitude and excitement that I share some news. Something I like to share with my students is to be open to what and where the universe may guide you on your journey. At this time, the universe has decided that it's time for my journey to be spent out of the Havertown/Delco area. While our physical doors may be closing, we will still be offering classes and have a new feature as well!
