Cancellation policy: 
- During this pandemic we ask you to please cancel out of 'in studio' classes no later than 2 hours prior to an IN STUDIO class.  Online classes can be cancelled up to 30 minutes prior to start time.  

-Workshops require a 24 hour cancellation for a full refund. 

Many of our students have been asking about the Video Recording options that we now offer.  Here's what they mean:
 

If you see:
 

-'VIDEO RECORDING' listed at the same time as an online  class. This means the class is live on zoom at that time, but you are  signing up to receive the recording of that class.  You will be emailed  the link after class and will have 24 hours to enjoy the class. 
 

-The name of a class followed by- VIDEO RECORDING' (i.e. Flow Yoga -VIDEO RECORDING).  This means the class has been prerecorded and is not live on zoom at  this time.  You will be emailed the link at the class start time and  will have 24 hours to enjoy the class. 
 

**The exception to this will be our prerecorded Barre class with Debi.   As we only offer 1 Barre class per week right now, you will have 1 week  to enjoy the class via Deb's Zoom.
