Please refrain from attending class if:
-you have fever/chills/cough/fatigue/loss of taste & smell
-you have had contact with anyone exposed to Covid-19 in the past 14 days
-you have had a positive covid test in the past 14 days
Masks: As of 5/16, fully vaccinated people have the option to not wear a mask for classes in studio. Fully vaccinated is 2 weeks after a single shot dose or 2 weeks after the second shot of a 2-shot dose. Those students may choose not to wear a mask.
Masks DO NOT have to be worn DURING class, but should be worn at ALL OTHER TIMES.
Classes: As we are able to increase occupancy, we will open up a few additional spaces in some of our growing in studio classes. We will also look to add additional classes back to our line up while continuing all our sanitation efforts. Please continue to reserve your space for in studio classes and cancel out in a timely manner if you can no longer attend.
Students have inquired about online classes. Yes! Online classes will continue. We know many students still have changing schedules and comfort levels, so online Zoom classes will continue.
Let me first start by saying thank you to all of the dedicated PY students who have supported us during this most challenging pandemic. Since we are a small studio and care so much about our students we have continued to hold in studio classes when only 1 participant is registered. Unfortunately due to the number of no-shows/no-cancellations this will no longer be possible. We ask that you please register for classes in a timely manner and if you are unable to make it, please cancel out. In order to retain your credit, our cancellation policy will be two hours prior to in studio/outdoor classes and 30 minutes prior to an online class.
Please note: Going forward, if there is only 1 in-studio participant registered for class, the class will not be held in person. Classes will always remain on zoom. Please be sure you have your email and/or text notifications turned on to receive notice of any class cancellations.
-Class Cancellations: For evening classes, if there are no 'in studio' students registered 2-3 hours prior to class, the class will be held online only. For morning classes, if no 'in studio' students are registered, the class may be pulled at 9pm the evening before. Please honor the time and safety of our staff by registering for class in a timely manner and cancelling out if you can no longer attend.
-Classes offered IN STUDIO will also continue to be offered online (except outdoor classes). Not all classes will return to IN STUDIO at this time. Please continue to check the schedule for updates.
-RESERVE YOUR SPOT. Spaces are limited. You must register for in studio classes.
-Please arrive to the studio no later than 5 minutes prior to start time. As most in-studio classes are on Zoom at the same time we will not be able to accommodate late entry.
-If you are put on the Waitlist, be sure your notifications are turned ON so you can receive the email/text if you are moved into class.
-Guidelines for entering the studio are hung in the vestibule. ONE PERSON in the vestibule at a time. Please remove shoes, knock and have your temperature taken. Temperatures over 100F will not be permitted to take the class in studio.
-As per the 'Strengthened Mask Order' 11/17, masks must be worn at all times.
-Classes are BYO: mat/props/etc. There will be no access to PY props. Weights will be available for fitness classes, but students can bring their own. There will be no access to the seating/cubby area, so please only bring with you what you need for class. There will be a storage tote at your station.
-Mat spaces are outlined with an 'X' so mats are arranged for social distancing.
-If you are not feeling well, please honor yourself and others by staying home and enjoying the class online.
