Enjoy a relaxing yoga class in the serenity of the Salt Cave. We are excited to return to the Himalayan Salt Cave in Newtown Square.
Join us for a 45 minute gentle yoga class. Class will end with a long savasana so students can enjoy time relaxing in the serenity of the cave. Space is limited.

One Sunday a month, we will hold a yoga class by candle light. Class will be a relaxing, gentle movement class. In studio students will need to bring their own mat and props: blankets/pillow/blocks.
Students logging in from home can set up their own relaxing space with candles, salt lamps and more.

On the 1st Sunday of each month we get together for PY Book Club. To join, simply read the selected book and join us! Book Club is held in studio and over Zoom. This is a free club, but please register on the classes page. The next month's book will be chosen at the end of the meet up.

This is a 4 week Beginners series to teach you the fundamentals of yoga poses, breath work and meditation.
Students should bring a mat and water. In addition, students should have 1 or 2 blocks and a strap available for practice. Props can be purchased though our SHOP page or in studio.
